Six Days Enduro

Rodrig Thain won the six days with the French team

The strong French rider  was able to reach a main goal to his debut to the most famous enduro race in the world.
Chosen at the last moment by the French national team, Rodrig, has managed to give the team that indispensable contribution to the victory.
Always fast, Thain has brought his factory TM EN 450F in second place in Class E2, which would have won if he not  had a bad fall during the fourth day of competition.
Rodrig Thain said end of the race:
“…..The six days was good for me and the french team, my first 6 days and a win a the end! I did not have one problem with my TM 450, I did not change one part in the entire week, this was great because I did not have to work on the bike. For my personnal performance it was also good with a second place in E2, I scrached many special test also, my speed is improving every race and now I know I can run with the best.   Only one crash in the 4th day took me away from a Top five scrach and the win in E2. It was a very good experience for me and hope other win in the future, now I have to stay focused for the last two WEC, my goal is to finish on the podium final, I have 25 points to take from Belometti and I will do everything to achieve my goal.
Thanks to all my partners and fans…..”.
Good race also for the two young TM riders, Robert Kvarnstrom and Edoardo D'Ambrosio, with a little 125 2t, even to their debut in this race. The Swedish was unable to finish in a good place for a fall that did take a very high penalty, while the Italian one has completed a good race finishing third in his category.
Next appointment on 27-28 September 2008 in Piediluco, Terni, for the Italian GP valid as the seventh round of the Enduro world Championship 2008.
